On Wednesday 16. 2. 2012, Ms. Anne-Marie Kenny, well-known American singer, actress and writer, visited Randstad Headquaters in Prague. The person of Anne-Marie is connected with our company particulary because of her foundation of one of the first personal agencies in the Czech republic - AYS Plecement and Workshops, which made her a pioneer of agency placement in our country. AYS was in 1999 taken by 4th biggest personal agency in the world - Vedior. The merge of Vedior and Randstad in 2008 has led to rise of the 2nd biggest personal agency in the world and a strong brand Randstad has entered the Czech market.

Anne-Marie Kenny first came to the Czech Republic being invited by our first Czech president, Václav Havel, to sing in the Reduta club her song cherishing our newly gained national freedom after the fall of the Iron Curtain. She was charmed by Prague so deeply she decided to change her carrier goal and to settle down with her personal services business in Prague for a while. We are glad that Ms. Kenny has honoured us by her visit and that she has witnessed, how her company has developed since the time she founded it.
