Our clients include domestic as well as international companies, generally medium-sized businesses or large corporations offering a wide range of employment in various different sectors.
first contact: applicants mostly respond to job offers published on our website, work servers or in the press, or they come on recommendation. After receiving your CV, our consultants will contact you and inform you on the following course of cooperation.
CV assessment: our consultant will make an expert assessment of your curriculum vitae and decide whether your work experience and other knowledge meet the client's requirements for a specific position. If yes, you will be shortlisted automatically.
telephone interview: afterwards, our consultant will phone you. The aim of the telephone interview is to check your key preconditions and a brief introduction to the job you have applied for.
interview in our office: if the telephone conversation goes well, we will invite you to Randstad for a personal interview. Here, we will discuss your work experience and knowledge with you in detail as well as your ideas for the future. All of our candidates are tested in foreign language skills and, if the client requires, also in expert skills, such as IT or accounting. If you apply for a blue-collar job, you will go through tests checking your manual skills, ability to work with numbers and to hold attention. If you succeed in this phase as well, we will arrange an interview at the client's premises for you.
interview at the client's premises: the selection procedure at the client's premises can consist of several phases. After each of them, our consultant will give you feed back over the telephone regarding what impression you made, what your test results were, and what the next steps are going to be. You are always free to ask questions that interest you regarding the selection procedure.
signing the employment contract: this is the best conclusion of the selection procedure that you and we may wish for. Congratulations!
in case you do not succeed: if you, we or our client find out at any time of the selection procedure that this is not the right position for you, we will insert you – if you agree – in our active database of candidates so that we may address you with another job offer in the future.
