Do you have experience with providing support or do you have experience with software development?

Main tasks:

• Respond to requests from customers using and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize it

effectively to help customers

• Customer-driven feedback to functional areas in order to influence process/product improvements.

• Develop strong working relationships with other teams

• Positive attitude - Support engineers are required to be respectful, fair, gracious, and knowledgeable

who we are looking for

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline preferred
  • Work experience in Support, Software Development
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with SQL
