• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Verify and review invoices for proper documentation and authorization
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary approvals and information
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Add new vendors to the system
• Prepare and process expense reports and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
• Utilize accounting software and tools for data entry and reporting
• Monitor and track expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
