job description

  • Process - PO and non-PO Invoices, Credit Notes, Down-Payments and other documents
  • Timely resolution of unprocessed/unposted/blocked/unpaid items
  • Provide assistance and customer support for client stakeholders e-mail or phone
  • Ensure appropriate accounting and financial practices and reporting
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures/training manuals while executing the task
  • Ensure compliance on the quality of deliverables
  • Effectively and timely communicate issues among internal and external stakeholders
  • Accomplish required activities as per deadlines
  • Foster and maintain communication within own team and with other members
  • Attend weekly calls and other business communications with the client
  • Backup for other activities
  • Willingness to travel
