As AP Team Leader you will oversee the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and payments aligned with ABS KPIs. The role involves managing escalations, fostering a collaborative environment, and working with Regional Process Leads to harmonize AP processes.

what you will do

review and approve high-value or complex invoices.
handle exceptions for non-matched invoices.
act as an escalation point for vendor management and resolve complex issues.
monitor compliance with the no-PO-no-pay program.
oversee the end-to-end payment process, ensuring timely and compliant payments.
support and approve manual payment requests and bank transfers.
monitor reverse factoring and review advance payments for compliance.
approve vendor management activities and monitor vendor master data evolution.
execute month-end/year-end close processes and maintain financial controls.
collaborate with auditors and Tax to ensure compliance and implement improvements.
identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices.
supervise the AP team, assigning tasks, setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
