- Plan and execute Business Acceptance Testing projects from initiation through closure.
- Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and activities with a moderate level of complexity.
- Facilitates meetings and supports the team in its activities and tasks.
- Serves as a point of contact for the responsible topic or project and ensures necessary support to the team.
- Gives regular updates to the manager on the status.
- Runs retrospection at the end of each testing cycle and applies the actions in the next project.
- Setup Testing Dashboard.
- Organizes planning & kick-off meetings and daily status review calls.
- Stakeholder management & communication of daily status reports.
- Engage and resolve issues with the End-to-End Testing Team when required.
- Support Post Go Live for any outstanding issues from Release.
- 5 weeks of vacation

who we are looking for
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- English - verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of work experience with a big or complex organization
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude and is curious, flexible, and ready to learn.
- Knows how to influence people to get them along the objective.
- Prior Business Testing-related experience is an advantage.
- Has a good knowledge or understanding of Cloud Technology based business processes.
- Has worked with technical stakeholders and knows the association of technical functions with business outcomes.
- Good working knowledge of JIRA, Excel & other MS tools.
- SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA and any other SAP-related knowledge would be beneficial to the role.
