Job description:

  • Extensive interaction with external suppliers and internal clients to clarify specifications, delivery issues and other queries
  • Interact with Clients and Suppliers to fix deliver issues (quality, quantity, time..)
  • Assing and process spot requisitions to a purchase order
  • Close cooperation with Inventory management group and Contract Leads
  • Input and maintenance of in SAP system
  • Run open commitment report weekly and close service orders that are no longer valid
