Ownership & responsibility for managing change journeys on Managers and Associates in major markets
Close cooperation with Implementation workstream and in-country Implementation partners
Development of change materials supporting a particular subdomain or process with our main Landscape
Support stakeholder engagement across multiple project phases (e.g. Design, Test)
Collaborate with Workstreams to ensure cohesive understanding of and response to program change
Collaborate with divisional representatives to ensure adequate pull-through to business units
Establish and maintain dialog-based listening mechanisms with representatives of countries
