job description

We help secure upfront payments by offering Customers the ability to pay overtime with extended payment terms & financing and we partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and shorten sales cycles by helping our Customers utilize their future IT budgets to purchase our Products and Services today. The Credit Analyst’s main function is the analysis of credit decision systems and data for the financial evaluation of our customers & prospects.  

Main tasks:

  • Ensure a timely, fully compliant and high-quality credit checks, so that risk awareness on deals are escalated in an appropriate manner
  • Support & drive credit queries & approvals through interacting with the CoE’s Banking Partners
  • Act .w high degree of independence and proactiveness in aligning with deal & risk stakeholders
  • Support process improvements within Credit Risk Management business processes
  • Collaborate closely with other Credit Services CoE team members, and align with other internal business partners in Sales, Sales Support, Revenue Recognition, Financing and Senior Leadership in Finance to meet common business objectives
  • Understand and communicate SAP Credit RIsk Management policy and scope in day-to-day business matters to help SAP reduce the credit risks resulting from customer engagements

who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics or related area
  • English language, min. B2 level (spoken, written and fluent communication skills)
  • Previous work experiences in business are welcome
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements and assessing profitability of default of customers
  • Experience with SAP ISP and CRM systems and transactions is preferred
  • Strong and informed business decorum in interaction with local CFOs and Sales
  • Ability to work under pressure, adherence to schedules and quarter-end demands
  • Ability to work in a team and the desire to successfully collaborate with other departments
