    Our client is an international company offering outsourcing services to clients from all over the world.

    what will you do:

    • communicate with clients primarily via email but also via phone
    • analyze incoming requests
    • pass on requests to 2nd level of the support
    • perform other administrative operations
    what we offer
    • 35-38 000 CZK per month
    • 30 000 joining bonus if you join the company till the end of August
    • up to 2 000 CZK performance bonus
    • possibility to work remotely in case you have already experience with Customer support or helpdesk
    • 5 weeks of holidays
    • meal vouchers
    • multisport card
    • language courses - German, French, Spanish, Czech...

    who we are looking for
    • good English (B2) and French (B2)
    • administrative work/CS/helpdesk experience is an advantage
    • basic PC skills
    • unblemished criminal record
