We are looking for a person interested in recruitment who wants to know the whole recruitment process and supports the team. We need a detail-oriented multitasker, which is no stranger to administration, reports and working with data.
As a recruitment administration support, you will:
· Be responsible for the administration of the end-to-end recruitment process
· Cooperate with Hiring Managers and the HR department
· Update and review reports and documents
· Be supportive during onboarding days
· Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness
· Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs and employer events
· Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Support recruiters in CV screenings, interviews, booking of accommodation for candidates etc
You will gain recruitment process knowledge

· English on advanced level C1 (written and spoken) – we are an international team/company and English is our office language, you will be using English every day
· Interest in recruitment, experience is not necessary, but always appreciated
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Pro-active approach, fast adaptation to changes
· You are an independent decision-maker, who can organize work and set priorities
· Detail-oriented approach, you will be reviewing data on a daily basis
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be working with reports, data and tabs, Excel is your best friend
