- be responsible for first class delivery of services within agreed SLAs for our internal customers using the MAP capabilities of SAP Marketing Cloud, support target segmentation, HTML creation, email execution and nurture.
- the team develops and rolls out processes and systems needed for efficient and effective marketing
- using formalized best practices, infrastructure, reporting and analytical frameworks
- responsible for ensuring that systems, processes and tools are in place to set performance expectations, monitor progress and measure results
- cooperate with regional sales and marketing teams and other strategic partners to achieve overall marketing excellence
- provide support for marketing planning, events and pipeline management
- assist in the development and documentation of workflow processes

- be a team player who works well with others on projects
- MS Office (primary MS Excel - pivot tables, data management)
