new business coordinator intern with czech and english (25 hours per week).

• coordination & control of orders in Czech Republic, Romania, Italy and Poland
• treatment of sales (basic & novelties) and orders in the logistic system distributors
• control of orders (check references, discontinuations, coordination between departments, …)
• initiate novelties orders according to marketing plan and activities planning
• follow up of missing items for quick re-ordering
• provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner
• initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• close cooperation with other departments
• regular stock control
• management of assortment
• regular reporting (sell out, sell in, stock, ....)
