as a EU-E e-commerce performance marketing manager, you will supervise all digital performance marketing campaigns and channels. In the begining of our cooperation you will be mainly responsible for setting up the marketing plan for Q4/2022 and communication with marketing agency and report to On-line shops team leader.

- take responsibility of all marketing activities for the emerging B2C e-shops in EU-E region
- supervise and cooperate with external marketing agency (they will execute your ideas)
- identify new channels for acquisition new customers and for brand awareness
- be fully responsible for setting up the marketing plan regarding to seasonality
- be fully responsible for the management of a delegated budget for all marketing activities
- analyze all of our performance marketing activities in the entrusted region
- cooperate with Project Manager on building and optimizing Landing pages for planned campaings

who we are looking for
- provable experience in performance marketing (at least 3 years) and e-commerce
- experience with advertising tools: Google Ads, Sklik, Facebook Ads, XML comparators
- experience in planning performance marketing activities
- advanced analytical skills (GA, GA4)
- self-management
- languages: English, Czech or Slovak
