project support - new social media strategy project.

• ensuring effective communication within cross-functional teams developing functional solution of the strategy and steps to achieve widespread success of the project and its partial parts
• informing and reporting about the project status to client´s project responsible within different departments, the members of the project team and the Social Media Hub Coordinator
• monitoring timing, processes, and reports on budgets within the project
• ensuring communication, control and management of external communication agency
• prepare PPT presentations as a source material for meetings
• coordination of tasks related to project management
• ensuring the contribution of the latest know-how to the development of the project
• support in analysis of client´s HQ social media channels
• following internal client´s procedures for the implementation of the project and its sub deliverables in Škoda Auto and with subsequent subcontractors
• ensuring the approval of final decisions by client´s employees
• ensuring individual contribution to the development of the project in a form of proactive approach

who we are looking for

• bachelor degree
• czech C1, English language C1
• professional experience with social media
• strong project management skills
• proactivity and ability to work under pressure
