... - Leadership Role: Manage a large team of professionals across the region, responsible for delivering top-notch Accounts Payable services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Enhancement: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and implementing global solutions to streamline operations.
- Analytical Support: Prepare in-depth analyses and business reports on an ad-hoc basis to support decision-making.
- Project Involvement: Play a key role in transition and transformation projects, as well as integrating new business activities into existing operations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to established processes, quality standards, and deadlines, maintaining high levels of service.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Management and Finance departments, to support global projects.
- Global Contributions: Engage in global initiatives and collaborate with finance teams to drive business success.

who we are looking for
- Experience: Experience in a manager role of the Accounts Payable department
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Czech is a big advantage.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting is required.
- Independent Worker: Ability to thrive in an agile, project-based environment, working autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
- Customer Focus: Strong dedication to delivering professional services to external customers, with a keen sense of customer service excellence.
- Financial Background: Experience in finance or controlling, preferably in the SSC field
