The Learning team is an important part of our Global Human Resources organization and is responsible for delivering and facilitating best in class talent programs at our company.

The team runs strategic and value-adding programs for over 100,000 employees including the Global Onboarding Program, Fellowship Program, Vocational Training Program, Career Development Programs and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic global organization and support the delivery of a best in class service experience. This role will support the delivery of SAPs Global Onboarding program including facilitation of training sessions, end-to-end process delivery, and support of global/regional projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Use networks & provide thought leadership to evolve the onboarding journey into a world class experience
  • Lead strategic projects to support the global onboarding experience as well as other learning and development programs as required
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure regular engagement to support with co-creation of strategic initiatives
  • Analyses impact of service offering & measurement against strategic KPIs
  • Support with the design and execution of the end-to-end onboarding strategy
  • Use innovative approaches to continuously improve global and executive onboarding
  • Support with the management of the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Stakeholder management and a key influencer in driving results
  • Support with the delivery of virtual onboarding training sessions to newly hired employees, Leaders, and temp staff

who we are looking for

  • Proficient in English language (written, spoken)
  • Project management skills and/or experience of leading projects
  • 2/3 years previous onboarding experience at scale an advantage and/or 2/3 years Learning & Development background
  • Solution orientation & strategic thinking
  • Instructional design skills & conceptual design
  • Big picture thinking as well as detail orientation to ensure thorough execution of the strategy
  • A mindset of continuous improvement & challenges the status quo
  • Customer focus & strong focus on operational excellence
  • End-to-end process management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Change agility & previous transformation experience
  • Previous experience with technology and tool implementation
