Konica Minolta is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract to oversee and optimize their external logistics partners (2PLs, 3PLs, LLPs). This role involves daily coordination, performance control, and continuous improvement of logistics operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are managed effectively. Key responsibilities:
... - LSP Controlling - coordinate and manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs, 2PLs, LLPs), ensuring performance standards are met and managing escalations.
- Invoice & Performance Control - monitor invoices and performance of 2/3PL providers, handling any claims.
- SCM Process & Project Management - support and lead projects to improve supply chain operations.
- Customer Support - address internal and external logistics queries.
- ERP Processing - process logistics transactions in SAP R/3.

who we are looking for
- 3+ years of vocational training in logistics or related field.
- At least 5 years of logistics experience, especially in managing logistics service providers and customer complaints.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM, SD) and MS Office.
- Strong service orientation and proactive working style.
- Team player with intercultural communication skills and basic leadership experience.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
