• Ensure efficient, transparent, reliable and compliant Tax Strip Stamp administration and handling
• Manage, control and optimize logistics operations and costs related to Tax Strip Stamp administration and handling. Managing the third party logistics providers and production sites for Tax Stamp Application Activities
• Provide Customer Service and tax strip stamps reporting to the local management team
• Managing the rolling forecast (Sales and Operations Planning) with the global logistics and supply planning teams, as well as with other departments such as Sales and Marketing
• Provide reliable and lean standard customer service communication and processes along the order to cash cycle, as a part of Customer Service assistance

who we are looking for
Someone who have these skills and experiences:
● IT literate (namely MS Office - Excel)
● Intermediate English speaking and writing skills
● Excellent Czech speaking and writing skills
● Communication skills
● Time Management
● Secondary education
● 1-2 years experience working in customer service
