what will you do:

maintain the optimal performance of all applications currently utilized by the company
manage the ticket queue, monitor applications, and efficiently handle general requests from internal customers
ensure the smooth operation of Global Applications supporting the business processes (SAP, Syncrotess, Esri, Cadis, Baware, etc.)
work dynamically 24/7 and receive assistance from 3rd-level IT experts for major issues and collaborate with internal teams during task transitions
manage user accounts and access
maintain and update the knowledge base
