Our client provides business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services for clients in over 30 countries. Their rapid growth brought a new multilingual project for which we are seeking employees for their German team.



Key responsibilities:


-Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies

- Communicate with suppliers and resolve queries

- Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)

- Perform supplier account reconciliations

- Prepare, initiate and perform payments

- Process travel & expense transactions

- Set-up and maintain supplier database

- Perform month-end activities



Requirements:


- English and German at a communicative level

- Secondary education or higher

- PC skills (knowledge of Oracle or SAP can be an advantage)

- Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
