ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for motivated candidates for the position “Administrative Assistant” to join our client’s team in Prague. You will be part of the HR/Marketing team and you will support all internal activities. This position will be open in Prague and we can offer a full-time employment.

Key responsibilities:


• General Admin duties
• Managing meetings, scheduling appointments
• Managing email distribution lists
• Drafting articles for internal publication
• Event management
• Putting together communication messages
• Database administration
• Ad hoc tasks
