Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure 3rd party debtors are proactively chased and pay within agreed payment terms to maintain overdue debt and DSO within agreed target levels
  • Ensure cash collectors are correctly following processes and principles and meeting performance goals while providing high quality support.
  • First escalation point for any cash collections or cash allocations related queries
  • Responsible for AR reporting and commentary and reviews with Manager

Our requirements:

  • Education in finance/economics
  • Experience in B2B accounts receivable role
  • Experience with leading the team
  • MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP is an advantage
  • English advanced knowledge
  • IFRS knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving, Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration
