what will you do
- Creating value & financial impact for Bacardi company
- Increase the Bacardi brand market share
- Set an In App Purchase (IAP) processes
- Ensure the effective commercialization and execution of Bacardi strategic plans
- Take responsibilities for circle of Brand activation plans
- A&P budget management & execution
- Lead the development of channel strategies and value propositions
- Drive Net Sales Values (NSV) & pricing
- Provide commercial advice to the Category teams
- Close cooperation with Commercial teams, Local Market teams, Trade Marketing teams & Customers

who we are looking for
- Leadership skills (developing and/or emerging Markets)
- Strong Commercial skills (gained via hands on or account/sales manager)
- Strong Consumer Marketing skills (gained via hands on or Brand/Marketing management)
- Experience with P&L accountabilities
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to travel
