• Plan and execute Business Acceptance Testing projects from initiation through closure. 
• Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and activities with a moderate level of complexity. 
• Facilitates meetings and supports the team in its activities and tasks.
• Serves as a point of contact for the responsible topic or project and ensures necessary support to the team. 
• Gives regular updates to the manager on the status. 
• Runs retrospection at the end of each testing cycle and applies the actions in the next project. 
• Setup Testing Dashboard. 
• Organizes planning & kick-off meetings and daily status review calls.
• Stakeholder management & communication of daily status reports.
• Engage and resolve issues with the End-to-End Testing Team when required. 
• Support Post Go Live for any outstanding issues from Release.

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• English - verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience with a big or complex organization
• Has a ‘can do’ attitude and is curious, flexible, and ready to learn.
• Knows how to influence people to get them along the objective.
• Prior Business Testing-related experience is an advantage.
• Has a good knowledge or understanding of Cloud Technology based business processes. 
• Has worked with technical stakeholders and knows the association of technical functions with business outcomes. 
• Good working knowledge of JIRA, Excel & other MS tools.
• SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA and any other SAP-related knowledge would be beneficial to the role.
