Business Development director – Nation Entertainment _sport

International Company, part of Life Nation Entertaiment.  The largest live entertainment company in the world, which consists of four core business areas: Concerts, Ticketing, Artist Nation and Sponsorship & Advertising.

We are looking for individual who is interested in sport area. If you have a proven experience of the Ticketing, Leisure and E-commerce industry and you are strong in sales, business strategy,  develop new market especially sport segment this role be may suitable for you.

who we are looking for

·       The Business Development Director will report directly to Managing Director Czech. You will be responsible for leading and developing all sales and marketing activities across the division.

·       The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and the ability to combine sales and marketing experience with business strategy to extract greater value from existing clients develop new market segments and build the strongest ticketing brand in the Czech market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

·       You will be responsible for all new client acquisition including: development and maximization of relationships across all applicable levels, composition of sales proposals, development and delivery of sales presentations, coordination of product/service demonstrations to prospects.

·       You will be ultimate responsible for the organisations marketing activities and oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

·       You will have direct line management responsibility for the sales and marketing teams and supervise team members.

·       You will build strong rapport ensuring effective on-going communications with customers as well as regular face-to-face meetings with clients.

·       You will drive initiatives within the division to engage with customers and clients to increase retention and satisfaction with our services.

·       You will represent the division in group conferences, senior management meetings, and international sales and marketing calls.

·       You will regularly report on business performance and tracking of internal KPI’s, and organise regular, structured team meetings, setting clear actions, goals and targets for the team.

  • You will be attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
