what will you do?

- work as a 1st line technical and functional support for the clients 

- be responsibie for solving the clients issues and provide them with effective support 

- set-up clients on the new channel and related services and coordinate the end-to-end administrative process.

- come with suggestions for continuous improvement.

- analyse data to complete clients requests.

- collaborate with other departments to solve daily assignments via internal software to assure that all the necessary data is gathered, registered and processed correctly.

popis práce

- verbal and written fluent in English (B2) and Romanian or Bulgarian (C1)

- at least 1 year of relevant experience in client service function

- excellent client service skills and communication skills

- banking and payments knowledge, technical PC skills

- flexibility, result-orientation, team player with a positive drive

- willing to learn every day
