• identifying the Top customers in the FS market, acquiring and building a relationship
• managing / optimizing costs, negotiating with distributors and administration of 3 parties' contracts and commitments with KA
• finding a way to increase sales to distributors and critical FS chains
• developing and implementing sales & marketing support plans through related distributors and KA
• developing and executing sales, managing the promo plans & investments for distributors & KA, and researching trends on the market
• setting targets and supporting distributors in achieving them
• preparation and delivery of product training/cooking shows and sales force training
• monitoring and analyzing competitors' activity
• prices monitoring and calculating purchase prices for KA
• managing the delivery of sales targets according to agreements with distributors
• cooperation with marketing and other departments in order to achieve maximum brand visibility and successful business

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales in a similar position in an international environment
• understanding of financial aspects of cooperation with clients, analytical and numerical skills above average.
• excellent expressive skills (Czech) and communication skills in English is a must
• good command of MS Office (primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• result orientation, understanding and perception of customer needs, analytical skills and creative thinking
