As a Recruitment Consultant, you will join a diverse team of 12 colleagues, located in Prague. You will be responsible for the end to end hiring process for EMEA Region and therefore you will closely work with other local and global HR teams such as Global Recruiting Operations, Organizational Management, Data Management, Total Rewards, Local HR & HRBP/HR Director. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding and executing of the end to end hiring cycle
  • Managing phases of the recruiting process such as advertising, CV screening, interviews, selecting candidates, handling of the offer process
  • Talent market overview
  • Hiring on limited positions, focusing not only on students (internship, apprenticeship or PhD) but as well on professionals on limited up to 6 months contracts
  • Building strong relationships with the Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process
  • Working closely and coordinating other HR teams in regards of the hiring process
  • Communicating with the candidates during the selection process to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Full responsibility for administrative tasks connected to the offer stage and finalization of the recruiting process in France (including contracts check, arranging signatures)
  • Direct communication with candidates, French universities, and authorities.
  • Advertising & promotional material creation for internal newsletter and Career Fairs.
  • Participating on country or regional HR projects.

who we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Minimum of 2-5 years working experience as recruiter preferably in an international environment
  • Knowledge & experience in HR field is advantage
  • Fluent in English and French is a must
  • Knowledge of the French Labor Law is an advantage
  • Effective communication skills
  • Professional customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks following specific deadlines
  • Attention to details, quality focus
  • Working experience with MS Office
