• deliver comprehensive HR services, including visa compliance, payroll administration, and managing outsourced HR services (employee insurances, EAP, payroll)
• lead employee engagement initiatives, focusing on performance management, wellbeing, health & safety, rewards & recognition, DEI, and sustainability
• provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring all HR services comply with Czech labour laws and industry best practices
• collaborate with our Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) to implement group-wide actions and monitor their delivery, including local training initiatives

who we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership
• proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships
• extensive knowledge of Czech labour law is mandatory; familiarity with wider European employment legislation is a plus
• CIPD/SHRM qualification is preferred
• comprehensive experience across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR Operations, payroll, policies, and performance management
• proficiency in HRIS and other MS applications
• strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• authentic, approachable, and committed to supporting internal customers and stakeholders
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• commercially aware with strong cultural sensitivity and awareness
