Are you working in HR and looking forward to move to higher league, big, international company? Do you want to design and implement benefits programs? Work and communicate internally with people? This might be the right opportunity for you.

What will be your job about?

You will need to find out, which benefits employees love, which do they care about and which are ignored
You will need to communicate with them, find out a solution to analyze it and find out needed changes
You will analyze benefits, the value not just for employees, but as well the cost for the company
You will be closely cooperating with HR Business partner
You will work with MS PowerPoint and excel a lot.
You will communicate new benefits and changes to benefits to employees

You need to have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR role focusing on HR benefits/HR marketing
You will need fluent English (B2+ minimum, active, without mistakes - you will communicate A LOT in English)
You can’t be afraid of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Logical, analytical thinking is a key - if you can analyze different equations and find out the solutions, it is great.
Strong communication skills - you will communicate a lot with your colleagues in the company
You should be action oriented - it is necessary to be proactive and seek the solutions
