• to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization
• to plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization
• to provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department

Your daily tasks will be: 

• managing: IT resources and systems, relations with internal & external IT customers and deliverers, and general development
• delivering right access to IT systems for employees
• organization and implementation of IT systems within the company and ensures their efficient and safe operation
• designing and supervising an expansion of IT architecture
• leading and taking part in international projects
• working out and monitoring IT budget connected with constant optimization of IT resources and services in the context of delivered quality and costs
• creating and realizing IT strategy based on analysis of short and long-term company’s needs connected with global standards and projects
• regular cooperation with the board and departments
• passing on IT recommendations to the business
• preparing internal standards, procedures and policies for the use of equipment, technologies and EDP present in the company he conducts training in their use
• providing trainings to new and present users of existing technology
• maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology, hardware, software and resources
• troubleshooting all technology issues
• researching current and potential resources and services
• executing other instructions and tasks from the supervisor, the board and IT headquarters

who we are looking for

 

Education:

• a degree from an accredited college or university in computer sciences, business administration or proven experience and capabilities in IT sector

Experience:

• five years of experience in technical operations management and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Capabilities:

• ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
• ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, public officials, and the
  general public
• ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Specific skills:

• broad knowledge of information technology processing systems,
  concepts, and methodologies
