As a Full Stack Engineer Manager, your primary role will be to lead, manage, and develop a team of full stack developers. This position requires a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to team development. The role is critical in fostering a high-trust environment, guiding the software engineering processes and architecture decisions, and ensuring the delivery of projects both on time and to specification.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
2. Plan, delegate, and monitor full stack activities, tasks, and projects.
3. Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure these are effectively addressed by your team.
5. Provide regular performance feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
6. Ensure adherence to established IT policies, procedures, and standards.
7. Escalate and manage any full stack related issues or risks, ensuring swift resolution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership/people manager role within a software engineering environment.
3. Good knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies and development.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
8. ServiceNow experience and background is a plus.
