what will you do

  • Acquisition (creative business relationships with existing or potential clients)
  • Coordinate & train on-trade employees
  • Check the quality of promotions in retail stores
  • Search & develop stores
  • Ensure the implementation of sales plans via dealers
  • Ensure development of Bacardi brands distribution
  • Monitor product pricing strategy
  • Supervise marketing performance
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Reporting to GM

  • Knowledge of category management, marketing support tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
