We are looking for a new addition to a well established international company located in Prague. Someone who will welcome working in an international environment and who is not scared of remotely working with Austria.

You will

  • process data in LOGA system
  • monitor and report Time and Attendance (T&A) for Austrian employees + processing T&A data
  • communication with the Austrian authorities
  • prepare reports for the senior management
  • maintain personal files in hard copy and in the payroll system
  • administration and reporting of a selected company benefits

who we are looking for

  • German and English - fluent spoken and written
  • at least two years of experience within a payroll area (preferably from the international environment)
  • solid knowledge of legislation related to payroll and HR
  • advanced MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • time management & prioritizing skills
