We are currently looking for a Purchase Order Specialist in Prague to join our great team. A perfect opportunity to work in an international company with exposure to new technologies and international environment.

What will you do? 

  • Serves as the contact point for the customers for PO (Purchase orders) creation and GR booking
  • Manages purchase order process, controls invoices and books good receipts.
  • Working in internal system.
  • Manages collection of financial data
  • Provide support to the Financial Analyst or Finance Coordinator.

What you should know? 

  • English language on communicative level - daily use
  • A1 year of relevant experience in similar position – administrative field, financial support roles or work with PO ́s
  • Understanding of the PO process 
  • Knowledge of an accounting in general
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel; knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
