This Administrator role supports the administration of contracts for the whole EMEA region. This includes checking incoming orders, processing them in SAP systems and ensure our customers can access and download software. By becoming an expert for license related queries and working with various teams, you will also have opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the team.

If you are customer-focused and want to start a finance career in an international environment, then we want to hear from you. You will also need at least communicative level of written and spoken English and Russian (according to language needs).

who we are looking for

• High school/University diploma
• English and Russian language in written and spoken form (min B2 level)
• Russian accounting knowledge and working with Russian invoicing process
• Previous experience in financial area is not essential, however you should be comfortable working with numbers
• We are looking for candidates who are organized and can work on multiple tasks to set deadlines
• You must be proactive with an excellent attention to detail and be able to work with international teams
• Knowledge of SAP system as an advantage
