A german software company is looking for Sales support specialists to welcome them on the board of their team in Prague.

Do you have over 4 years of experience with Sales Operations or Deal Support and are you fluent in English? :)

Then we are looking for you!


  • Responsible for execution of the company‘s HEC and STE deals (CRM Opportunities, Margin Calculator, Quotations, Order Forms, Resource Requests).
  • Responsible for procurement processes related to premium suppliers and Hyper-scaler partners
  • Comply with operational procedures e.g. for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements
  • Working with Industry AEs, support the overall relationship between the customer, the partners and the company
  • Create contracts for submission for the company’s existing and potential new customers
  • Contract Validation: Closely cross-collaborate with the Industry AEs, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams in the local market units during the contract drafting and negotiation process
  • Verify Customer by Account Executives, work with the Revenue Recognition teams to prevent revenue deferrals and ensure final business and contract terms
  • Customer Support/Administration (Terminations, Service Level Agreements etc.)
  • Archiving and maintaining all contractual documentation
  • Provide active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community in a dynamically driven environment

who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in written and spoken English - C1. Additional language is a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with little direct supervision
  • Excellent communication
  • Long term experience with Sales Operations or Deal Support (around 6 years of experience)
  • one year contract (possibility to prolong)
  • Experienced within a shared service center environment is a plus
  • Experienced with CRM tool/SAP systems is a plus
  • Experienced with Smart Sheet application is a plus
  • Professional conduct of MS Office suite
