We currently work with your university in order to provide you with your support worker. Whether you have just started your degree, or are about to graduate; we wanted to let you know of the support that may be available to you once you leave university and start your career.
We appreciate that finding your first job after graduating can be challenging, using
our recruitment expertise we are well positioned to provide you with advice and
guidance during the process. When you successfully find your first job you may also be able to access similar support as you have done during your studies but this time it will be in the workplace.
Often there is a common preconception that support won’t be needed once you enter
the workplace, by both employers and employees, however, putting the right support
in place, particularly during probationary periods can significantly improve the adjustment to the workplace as well as ensuring you achieve your full potential in the role.
