assembly operator - direct hire.

For our client, a successful international company in Brno-Modřice, we are looking for new colleagues to join the production team. You will participate in assembling door systems for trains, trams, and subways used by people all over the world.

Employment is directly with the company (no agency). The starting salary is from 35,000 CZK with growth potential. The work is organized in a 2-shift operation (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with no night or weekend shifts).

what will you do?

• assemble door frames, boarding platforms, and smaller parts
• work in a modern, clean, and spacious hall
• cooperate on various custom-made projects, ensuring the work is never monotonous
• test and check the functionality of products

• direct employment contract with the company from day one
• 5 weeks of vacation
• starting salary from 35,000 CZK (hourly rate + bonus) with future growth potential
• financial bonuses of 9,000 CZK twice a year (before Christmas and summer holidays)
• housing allowance will be as follows: 8,000 CZK for the first half-year, 6,000 CZK for the next half-year, and 3,000 CZK for the next half-year
• commuting allowance up to 3,000 CZK + free company shuttle bus from Brno (Vaňkovka, Central Cemetery)
• work WITHOUT night shifts: rotating only morning (6:00–14:00) and afternoon (14:00–22:00) shifts, Monday to Friday
