We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant team as a Business Support Specialist at our office in the beautiful city of Prague. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the execution of end-to-end deal operational processes for specific deal motions. This is a crucial role within our central team, providing support to our Account Executives in the region.
Our Field Business Support Team assists, processes deals within the company CRM/Harmony system, and guides deals through the quote-to-booking process. We're a team that thrives on driving revenue growth and profitability by processing sales opportunities for both existing and net new customers, and achieving order targets. We support different deal motions, including (RISE) Cloud deals and Services Deals like Professional Services and Premium Engagement.
Responsibilities
... - Execution of the end-to-end deal operational process / quote-to-cash process for the company's select deal motions based on complexity and thresholds including RISE with company's offerings.
- Processing customer requests for deal offerings and completing the required inputs (Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations).
- Collaborating with various roles such as Industry Account Executives, Cloud Architects (CAA’s), Delivery, Commercial Finance, Legal/Contracting, Centralized Deal Support (CDS) & Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Teams to support the sales process and facilitate deal closure.
- Compliance with operational procedures e.g. for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements; archiving and maintaining all files and records.
- Active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables in a dynamically driven environment.
- Services role only: Contract creation with automated tools and support the approval process for these.

who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations or Deal Support capacity which can include legal, commercial or contracting background.
- A strong background in sales processes, quote-to-cash process & deal execution.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Working experience within a cross-country working environment (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel or Word).
- Experience with Sales Tools DocuSign, CPQ/CRM and experience with SAP systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied business hours to ensure full Business Support coverage, especially at quarter and year-end.
- English language skills mandatory, German would be highly appreciated.
