... - receiving calls from clients in emergency situations
- fast and accurate evaluation of the situation
- activating and coordinating assistance on-site
- communicating with towing services, technicians, and physicians
- monitoring and resolving cases to a successful conclusion
- active daily use of the German language
- logging data into internal systems in English

who we are looking for
- German language proficiency at a minimum level of C1
- English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2
- willingness to work night shifts

- previous work experience is not required at all
