As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's IT systems and providing L2 technical support to their facilities accross Europe.
Your responsibilities will include remotely resolving incidents and requests, monitoring infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating on IT projects. You will also represent our client by communicating with plant managers and occasionally traveling to nearby facilities in Europe, providing personal support.

... who we are looking for
- 2+ years' experience in customer-facing IT support roles
- fluency in German (B2+) and English
- strong understanding and experience with Windows Server
- familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android, iOS) and backup technologies
- understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Switches)
- proficient in anti-virus technologies (preferably Sophos)
