We are currently seeking a Commercial Program Specialist - Sales Incentive Executive to join our administrative team located in Prague. This role is integral to the operation of our sales incentive program, providing support to internal individuals and partners, and ensuring compliance. Your daily duties will include administering agreed compliance checks, archiving compliance documents, monitoring compliance with all incentive requirements and conditions, and providing assessments to management on the adherence to program rules. Your insights and suggestions for improvement will be highly valued.

• Enable individuals (internal and partners), answering questions and supporting the compliant operation of the sales incentive.
• Administrate the agreed compliance checks and ensure there is an auditable trail with archived compliance documents.
• Monitor the compliance with all requirements and conditions of the incentive.
• Provide an assessment to management on the adherence to program rules and suggest improvements where needed.
