what will be your responsibilities:
... - overseeing Rotating Equipment within the organization unit
- collaborating closely with Engineering sales and process teams to develop technical concepts
- monitoring developments in the vendor market and initiating new partnerships
- participating in technical negotiations with clients
- creating technical inquiry documents and engaging in negotiations with vendors
- managing order execution, including document reviews, interface coordination, design reviews, and inspections
- providing on-site support during commissioning and initial operations.
- conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis

who we are looking for
- a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
- at least 6 years of experience in Rotating Equipment, preferably in both engineering and operations
- proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take on responsibility
