As a Talent, we collect and Process the following Personal Data about you for the purposes set out below:

This data may be collected directly or indirectly from you. In the latter case, we will inform you of the purpose and sources of the data we use when we communicate with you in connection with our services (e.g., to notify you of a job opportunity), or in any event within one month from the time we indirectly obtain your data. The exception is when providing this information would involve a disproportionate effort. In that case, we may take alternative measures to protect your rights and freedoms.

Randstad may collect your data from the following sources:

• Forms you fill out and their attachments: these clearly indicate mandatory and optional data. Please note that refusing to provide mandatory data may prevent your participation in selection processes.
• Interviews and direct correspondence: this includes Personal Data collected during video calls, recorded, telephone, and in-person interviews, as well as information sent by email.
• Public social media profiles: data from your public profile may be collected for the purpose of contacting you as a potential Talent for current or future job vacancies and to assess your suitability for the offered positions.
• Randstad Clients: clients may provide us with your Personal Data to facilitate your participation in their selection processes; and/or
• Third parties (referrers): persons who provide employment references or information about your work or professional performance.
