- proven experience in developing chatbot or conversational AI solutions from the ground up, preferably with Botpress
- strong programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript within a Node.js environment
- experience with at least two relevant conversational AI platforms or frameworks such as Botpress, Chatbase, n8n, or Crew AI
- solid understanding of conversational flows, prompt engineering, and API integrations
- front‑end development capabilities using React
- ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- you’re a self‑starter: able to navigate ambiguity, define your own roadmap, and deliver
- ability to excite non‑technical audiences
- willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast‑evolving digital environment
- proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher is essential
