For our client, a leading international banking group, we are seeking a reinforced presence for the position of Functional Analyst in CSR. You will be part of a large-scale program aimed at unifying fragmented banking systems into a modern, centralized platform. This global data warehouse serves as the foundation for key reporting in Risks, Finance, and the increasingly crucial field of Sustainability (CSR/ESG).
As an analyst, you will become a strategic link between business stakeholders and IT developers. Your task will be to analyze new requirements from European regulators and subsequently translate them into technical specifications for data teams. You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end process—from data definition and transformation to testing the final reports. This position is part of an international team (Prague, Brno, and other European capitals) that values diversity, agile collaboration, and high-quality deliverables.

who we are looking for
- Banking Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an analytical position within the banking sector. Knowledge of the loans or securities domain is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for independent work with complex data models and performing data validations.
- Analytical Insight: Ability to transform legislative and business requirements into precise technical specifications (data warehouse requirements).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, which is the daily communication language in our international team.
- Personality Profile: A proactive approach, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with fixed deadlines.
- Professional Interest: A strong interest in ESG/CSR and regulatory reporting (knowledge of concepts such as FINREP or COREP is an advantage).
