We are looking for a candidate who enjoys traveling and wants to help drive process engineering forward.
For our client – a leading manufacturer of springs, wire-formed parts, and mechatronic components – we are filling a key position: Global Process Improvement Engineer in the automotive division.
This role will shape manufacturing processes across several plants worldwide, implement global standards, lead improvement projects, and support production.

- definition, development, and implementation of global manufacturing standards
- coordination of global process improvement projects and their rollout across individual plants
- transfer of know-how, sharing best practices, and supporting teams across cultures and continents
- technical support in the selection, purchase, and maintenance of production equipment and technologies
- review and approval of technological procedures, calculations, and costs
- identification of process weaknesses, proposal of corrective measures, and management of improvements
- collaboration on digitalization and technological initiatives
- coordination of global transfers of machines and equipment

... who we are looking for
a person with:
- university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar field
- experience in process or production engineering, ideally in metalworking
- background in working within an international environment
- very good level of English (daily communication)
- willingness to travel 30–50% of working time (e.g., Southern and Central Europe, Mexico, China, Singapore)
- ability to think strategically, manage projects, and drive change in diverse environments
- excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership without formal authority
- analytical and practical approach, results orientation, and proactivity
